In 2004
Architects Abu Anas Faisal and Rakibul Alam Limon embarked on a remarkable journey with DCON DESIGN STUDIO. With just a single staff member, two computers and a modest 750 square foot office in Shyamoli, we began our pursuit of architectural excellence and innovation. Today, as we commemorate two decades of growth, creativity and collaboration we proudly stand as a family of 85 talented individuals spread across four thriving offices in Asad gate, Lalmatia, Motijheel and Chittagong along with two new ventures:
STUDIO INCON : dedicated to interior design consultancy services
and
D-CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGIES
(DCT) : specializing in Construction Management.
Our evolution has been fueled by the dedication, passion
and unwavering commitment of each member of our team.
Throughout the journey we have encountered challenges,
embraced opportunities and forged ahead with determined
resilience. We are immensely grateful to every

Abu Anas Faisal
Abu Anas Faisal is the visionary founder and principal architec
of Dcon Design Studio. A graduate of the prestigious
Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET).
Faisal has built his reputation on an unwavering commitment
to clarity, Foundation and precision-driven design solutions.
His to the point design philosophy, he consistently integrates
deep technical knowledge with a refined design sensibility.
His approach emphasizes problem-solving through architecture
where every line, detail and form has purpose. Under his
leadership, Dcon Design studio has successfully collaborated
with international consultants, ensuring that each projects
meet global standards while maintaining contextual relevance.
Whether leading a commercial, institutional or residential
project, Faisal is recognized for his sharp focus, technical
excelence, and dedication to shaping environments that
are as intelligent as they are inspiring.
Md Rakibul Alam Limon
Md Rakibul Alam Limon co-founder of Dcon Design Studio
also graduates of the prestigious Bangladesh University of
Engineering and Technology (BUET). A passionate architect
whose work is defined by creativity, warmth and strong
human connection. With an ever-present smile and a
natural sense of humor, Limon brings a refreshing energy
to the architectural process—making collaboration enjoyable
for both clients and coleagues alike. Limon is known for
his deep empathy, strong interpersonal ski ls and genuine
character. His ability to maintain lasting, trust-based relationships
with clients stems from his honesty, approachability and
sincere commitment to every project.
Beyond the drawing board, Limon is recognized in the
architectural community as a responsible professional
with a big heart—always willing to support others, share
